- Wow. I've just been unusually busy. I had a day-long photo shoot for a dog-related fundraiser at end of Sept., and was busy editing the photos. Then I had a couple more shoots. And now I have a lead on a freelancing editor gig that, while it doesn't pay much, is steady and ongoing. And unlike many other editing agencies, their contractors don't have to fight and underbid each others for jobs. It's a fantastic opportunity. So I've been working on their "test," making sure I get everything right before I submit it. And my mom is coming to visit later this week (hurrah!), we'll be playing tourists for a few days.
Here's the resident stray cat, I found him chilling on my front doorstep a few days ago. I'm calling him Dirty Harry - he's absolutely filthy. Very friendly though.
